Its cross streets from north to south are Eleanor Ave. from Lowell Ave. intersection to Emerson Ave. intersection, Shelley Ave. from Lowell Ave. to Strathmoor Blvd., Lakeside Dr. from Lowell Ave. to Emerson Ave., and Park Dr. West and Park Dr. East, both running from Lowell Ave. to Strathmoor Blvd.

You must bring your proposed changes before the City Commission at its monthly meeting. The City Commission will need to review and approve your proposal. Please contact the City Clerk to be placed on the meeting agenda.

Mattresses and box springs must be encased in a plastic cover, which may be purchased at big box home improvement stores.

What if there is a downed tree or limb blocking the road in the Manor?
Please call the Strathmoor Police Department at (502) 432-8900 or the Louisville Metro Police Department at 911. A police officer will secure the scene and call for a maintenance crew. This is considered an emergency situation because trees blocking the road also block emergency vehicles.
What if I have standing water in my easement or am experiencing a problem with the stormwater drain in my easement?
